Where appropriate, we appoint a suitably experienced person to be the single point of contact for a customer or a specific contract – this person becomes the “Customer’s Representative” within Express Engineering, and is the conduit for all communication and information flow
In this way we are able to achieve excellent communications and appropriate reporting to ensure both the Customer and Express Engineering remain completely up to date and the project remains in control
